1: Please share the story that led you to us.
I was building a new house and wanted to fit solar power.

2: Initially, what were your concerns and why did you ultimately choose us?
My main concerns was that I had little knowledge about solar power and there were so many companies out there promoting the product. I ultimately decided on Solar Power Australia after a face to face meeting with Jake Brandrick. After my first meeting with Jake I felt well versed on how solar works, its benefits throughout the years to come and I was confident Solar Power Australia would deliver a quality product and after sales service. This has certainly been the case.

3: What specific benefits have you received since installing solar?
Due to Energy Australia taking so long to install a smart meter, ( first spoke with them in November 2018 and meter installed in February 2019 ) I am still waiting to see my first electricity bill since the solar has been switched on.

4: Would you recommend us and why?
I would absolutely recommend Solar Power Australia as they have delivered on their promise of a quality product at a competitive price, excellent workmanship and follow up after sales service.
If I was to recommend anything it would be for Solar Power Australia to take one further step if possible and complete and submit the required forms to Energy Australia on behalf of the customer. Jake did offer to help me with the forms but I did not feel I would have a problem with them. The main issue however was Energy Australia and confusing/incorrect information given by them which after numerous phone calls extended the time taken to have my smart meter fitted and switched on.

Solar Power Australia installed my 10kW system originally in February, 2011 and I could not fault their service. They were so professional, from their initial information and briefing, then onto the actual installation. They excelled in terms of the whole process, from consultation through to the completed project. I could not question their professionalism and have no hesitation in recommending them.
In May 2018 I had to have the inverter replaced, which was no fault of Solar Power Australia. The service was, as it was back in February, 2011, faultless. The staff were very helpful and knew their product in detail which enabled the changeover to take place without a hitch.
