St Philips Christian College - Grid Feed Solar

This 2kW grid-feed system installed at St Philips Christian College in Waratah NSW features 12 x BP Solar 170W Monocrystalline Solar Panels and a BP Solar (SMA) Sunnyboy Grid Feed Inverter.

The system is designed to produce an average of around 8kWh per day to offset a portion of this building's power consumption, but was primarily installed as an educational demonstration of solar power for the students.

When the building construction is complete, the performance and a range of other system parameters will be monitored, logged and displayed on a computer for the student to view and assess.
